Spent a lazy afternoon with my friend Beth in SE today. We quickly walked through a near empty Barracks Row Festival then had lunch at a Tex Mex place. Afterwards we went over to Eastern Market and cruised through the vendors and on into the market itself.
Took a few shots - nothing to write home about. Saw these crosses and couldn't resist the pattern of the necklaces against the blue background. I've been into experimenting with shallow depth of field lately. Here I shot it at f/4.5 using a crappy Tamrac 28-80 lens. It was quick shot at 1/125 of a second. I do like how there is a narrow strip where the necklaces are in focus with the foreground and background are out of focus.
